I have an issue with the extension that is not listed

First off, sorry that you have an issue 😅

Troubleshooting what went wrong with a Chrome Extension can be a little hard as we (the support team) don’t have any visibility on what happens in your browser.

Every bit of information/context you can provide will be really helpful and will help us solving your issue faster.

Here’s how to make your support query answered faster:

Providing context

What page are you on? (eg. Linkedin, Apollo?)
What happened exactly? Be precise

- ❌ “It got stuck”
- ✅ “It seems it got stuck at page 3 just after flipping the page. No leads seem to have been processed on this page and I already waited for 5 minutes”

Providing your Chrome Developer Console logs

One of the most helpful information you can provide is your Chrome logs. To do that you need to open your Chrome Developer Console.

To open the developer console in Google Chrome, open the Chrome Menu in the upper-right-hand corner of the browser window and select More Tools > Developer Tools.

You can also use Option + ⌘ + J (on macOS), or Shift + CTRL + J (on Windows/Linux).

The console will either open up within your existing Chrome window, or in a new window. You may have to select the Console tab.

When contacting support, please provide all the messages present in the console (you may have to scroll to see them all) either:

by doing a Right Click > Save as > Send us the resulting “.log” file
copy/pasting all messages
taking screenshots of the messages

… whichever is easiest for you, as long as we have the information we need 👍️
