The Findymail export button does not appear (Chrome Extension)

If you’re using Findymail’s Chrome Extension and the export button does not appear on the page it should (Sales Navigator, Apollo etc.), here’s how to troubleshoot:

Make sure you’re on the right page. Findymail is enabled on specific pages where you can export people from a search. You won’t be able to use Findymail on a company/account search, for example.

Make sure you’re properly authenticated. Clicking on the extension should show a success message “Logged in” etc.

Try disabling your other Chrome extensions. Some extensions can enter in conflict with Findymail. Try using Findymail on a clean Chrome profile and/or disable other Chrome extensions you have installed then refresh the page and see if your issue is solved.
If that solves your issue, you can re-enable them one by one until you find the specific extension having a conflict. (note: if that happens, please send a message through the support chat to let us know that there is a conflict with extension <XYZ> so that we can check if we can solve that conflict on our side*)
