"You're not authenticated or don't have any Findymail finder credits left"...

If you're encountering the following message when using the Chrome extension: "_You're not authenticated or don't have any Findymail finder credits left. Please login to the extension and make sure to have enough finder credits to be able to export data ._", it either means:

You're not authenticated to the Findymail Chrome extension
You don't have any finder credits left

You're not authenticated to the Findymail Chrome extension



You need to connect your Findymail account at least once before being able to use the Chrome extension.

Pin the extension to your Chrome toolbar for quick access. Click the extensions (puzzle piece) icon, find our extension, and click the pin icon next to it.



Find the extension icon in your browser toolbar and click on it to open. Enter your login details to access the features.



If you're already connected on the Findymail web application, the extension should connect you automatically. Otherwise, you will be redirected to the login page.

Findymail is now ready to use 🎉

You don't have any finder credits left



If you've exhausted your free credits, you have to take a Subscription to get more credits and continue using the product.
