Pushing contacts to an email campaign/sequence

Email sequencing tools are the software that usually come right after Findymail in your cold email process.

They are used to send your actual cold email campaigns.

Findymail integrates with some of them to simplify your prospecting workflow.

Findymail currently supports the following integrations:

- Instantly
- Smartlead
- Lemlist
- Woodpecker
- Salesloft
- Quickmail

Pushing contacts to a campaign/sequence

Once your integration setup, you can push contacts found with Findymail directly to one of your email sequencing tool’s campaign/sequence.

To do that:

Visit your Findymail contacts page. You can push contacts from the “All contacts” list or one of your custom lists.
Select the contacts you want to push. If you select nothing, it will send the entire list.
Click Actions > Push contacts to…”




Select the email sequencing tool you want to send data to
Your current campaigns/sequences will be loaded in the list. Select which campaign/sequence you would like the contacts to be added to.




Click Push contacts
Your contacts are being synchronized! Speed will vary depending on the chosen platform and the number of contacts but the process happens in the background so you can close the page safely. You will receive an email once the process completed.
